I totally agree with you Vili that it is an interesting case to follow.
However, I am at total opposite to when you say " It shows that Hansen knows a lot about the laws of the US. Other immigration lawyers are losing their customers to Hansen's company and they calling it a scam!". I find it hard to believe that he (Hansen) had no law degree and that he knows more about the law than those who had legal study. It does not make sense. And lik what Judge Judy said, if it does not make sense, it is not right (true)!
Anyway, with the best judicial system anywhere in the world, everything against Hansen now is still an allegation. It is the duty of the state to prove their allegation and Hansen to disprove that allegation. And it is interesting, that I agree with.

Interesting case to follow! It shows that Hansen knows a lot about the laws of the US. Other immigration lawyers are losing their customers to Hansen's company and they calling it a scam! We wouldn't know how many 100s of our own people have gained their green card (permanent residency) through Hansen's company - not to mention how improved the lives of these people have been since they were granted their US permanent residence. I give Dr. Hansen a benefit of a doubt.
