Establishment of Essentially Group (NZ) Rugby Academy for Tonga Featured

Officials from Essentially Group (NZ) Limited will be visiting the country in early June to explore the possibility of establishing a rugby and youth sports academy for elite rugby players in Tonga in 2015.
Essentially Group (NZ) Limited are the premier sports management company in New Zealand and in the international world of rugby. They are sports managers to athletes such as Richie McCaw and Dan Carter and coaches such as Sir Graham Henry and Wayne Smith.
They wish to discuss this opportunity with the Head Masters, Principals and Sports Directors of Tongatapu’s Secondary Schools of their vision for an elite sports academy for 12-17 year old boys.
The visiting officials plan to deliver a presentation on Thursday 4 June 2015 between 1-2pm in Nuku’alofa. A venue for the meeting will be confirmed when official invitations are sent out in due course.
William Clive Edwards of Edwards Law confirmed that they are representing the company’s legal matters here in Tonga. “This is an excellent opportunity for the country and we hope that this vision will materialize as it will bring a lot of opportunities for the youth of Tonga,” said Edwards. Edwards moved on to say that Tonga should take this opportunity serioulsly especially from well known international company like Essentially Group (NZ) Limited.
The meeting is open to all schools competing in rugby to attend.
