23 December, 2021. Tonga Pavilion was honoured to host H. E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates.
His Excellency had nothing but kind words to say about the pavilion. " The Tonga pavilion as a whole is a very nice exhibition.
I am most impressed by the plastic bottle display and the message it conveys on the problem of plastic pollution and also the coloring area where children can watch their art come to life on the screen."
He further expressed his desire to visit Tonga and believes the people are as loving and kind as his friend, Tonga Expo team Commissioner-General and Ambassador to UAE, Honourable 'Akau'ola.
The Tongan Pavilion thank His Excellency for visiting our pavilion and for the UAE government and Expo's continual support.
