VOEA Neiafu arrived in Australia for disposal after 30 plus years of services Featured
15 September, 2020. VOEA Neiafu arrived safely at Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia at 8:30 am (local times) on Monday 14 September 2020.
VOEA Neiafu will be handed over to the Australian Authority for disposal after 30 plus years of services in the Tongan Navy.
The crew will fly over to Perth to start training for the new patrol boat.
Report from the Commanding Officer of Neiafu, Commander Holokaukau Lakai that all the 21 crew are well.
The new patrol boat is expected to arrive in Tonga in December 2020.
