LET'S LOAD UP GOVERNMENT TO BECOME TOP-HEAVY, and pay them peanuts. How about a "smaller government"?, less payrolls to pay by taxpayers, fewer bureaucratic hoops to jump through (waiting around for the CEO to arrive and sign a form), and people's questions are answered quickly.
