40-year-old man from Nukunuku arrested in relation to a shooting incident Featured
21 June, 2019. Police have arrested a 40-year-old man from Nukunuku on Thursday night in relation to a shooting incident that occurs at the Hihifo Road in the village of Nukunuku.
A 22-year-old man from Fua’amotu is at Vaiola hospital with injury sustained from a gunshot wound to his stomach during an altercation with the suspect.
Police also seized a .22 rifle from the suspect.
The suspect is in police custody while police investigation continues.
