MO'ONI 'A FAHINA...EXCUSE ME BERTIE DON'T BLAME THE MORMON CHURCH...they're unquestionably the best record keepers in the world, and the Vatican cannot match Salt Lake City's efficiency in this regards. And your bias against the LDS Church is misplaced.
However, do not confuse Tongan Government's failure to do their own digitization with the LDS Church's excellent record keeping. The focus needs to be "why the need to be digitized" now? Then where are the "computer experts" the PM brought to correct the Educational Department's system? Those experts are supposed to be able to "write software programs."
Over $1 million spent on Siaosi Pohiva and Piveni Pikula the experts have not written a single workable program.
Dr. Vesisio Pongi warned the PM and all high school principals: Those computer experts (Si and Pi) cannot write a software program.
Tongan priverb: Tu'a-fehu'i-ua...one who was thought to be skillful, but turns out to be unskilled.
