The Premier will still be in charge with his cronies by his side and his supporters cry foul , if he is removed , so ! what's to be done ? , say the Premier is ousted will the person who will replace him be a better leader ? What is the qualities of a leader . Leadership embodies Decisiveness , awareness , Focus , Accountability , Empathy , Confidence , Optimism , Honesty , Inspiration . Will whoever becomes the new premier have all the qualities mentioned above , because the incumbent government of today is lacking on all . It's amazing when one observes the behavior of government leaders . They attend church on Sundays , and smash the 7th and 8th commandments on weekdays , such hypocrisy . ”
