Tongan needs to eat less rubbish food , liike SIPI KAPAKAPA ,KAPAPULU , MUIMUI'I PIPI , INU LEMANI ,. INU PIA , INU KAVA TONGA MO mohe ta'e fai ha mea . Some of us grew up when people went to the bush to plant dig and hoe weeds , they worked off sweat and sat down to eat food cooked in an "UMU" consisting of LU , pig meat chicken , and YES sometime the lu pulu or lu kapa ika , it might even be a MITI KAPA IKA as well . The important thing people were active , people walked to church walked to school walked from the villages to town . Now it seems one is a shamed to walk, because it would look as if one is poor and cannot afford the bus fare , such a STUPID attitude which leads to obesity and bad health .T he people of the island nation are sickly due to inactivity , it don't matter if one could get the world best exercise instructor or a renown dietitian and a nutrition specialist to run a health program if you cant motivate a person who is too lazy to move nor want to moderate the amount they eat it just won't work . They might participate for a time , than they will just quietly back out and that's the end of that .Being healthy is an individuals choice .To be or not to be only you can decide .
